Susan is Managing Partner of SELect IT Consulting, LLC. She is an experienced information
technology executive who has worked for the Kellogg Company, Owens Corning, State
Farm Insurance, and Johnson Outdoors, an S.C. Johnson family company. Susan has 25
years of information technology experience with 11 years being in executive management
positions. She has directed global IT organizations, multi-million dollar budgets, ERP
implementations, mergers and acquisitions, IT outsourcing, organization development,
and both IT and business strategic planning efforts. Susan held Global Director positions
at the Kellogg Company and Owens Corning, and she was Vice President, CIO at Johnson
Outdoors for 5 years. In addition to working in IT roles of increasing responsibility, Susan
has been a team member of Marketing, Manufacturing, Audit, Research & Development,
Engineering, and Customer Service organizations.
Susan is a participating member of the Gerson Lehrman Group Councils which are industry
focused networks of consultants, physicians, scientists, engineers, and other professionals
from around the world. She also chairs the Success Fund, an organization that raises funds
to support innovative academic programs for the Marshall Public Schools. Susan
graduated Magna Cum Laude from Nazareth College with a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree, majoring in Computer Information Management.
