Jeanette Dyer is a freelance graphic designer based in Southwest Michigan. Integrating traditional
fine art with digital graphic design techniques, she produces print, website and new media
solutions to create a unique visual voice for each client. She stresses client collaboration to both
define that visual voice and the objectives each solution will communicate.
Jeanette attended the Fine Arts program at Eastern Michigan University, later transferring to the
University of Michigan program in Graphic Design. She is an experienced graphic designer, art
director, and digital artist. Her diverse career includes serving numerous freelance clients,
employment with the American Lung Association of Michigan, Edward's Brothers Publishing, Group
243 Advertising & Design, Studio 93, and extensive community volunteer work.
She was responsible for the concept, development and production of corporate identity and
collateral print materials, product quality manuals, annual reports, newspaper and magazine
advertising, and television commercials, for local, regional and national clients. She is published in
Print Casebook, Typography, AIGA, Communication Arts-Graphic Design, and Print Magazine. The
corporate identity she created for Astramar Travel Network was recognized in the American
Corporate ID Annual for excellence in corporate design. Individually, and as part of a design team,
she has received Michigan and National Addy awards, Desi and Detroit Caddy awards, the Mead
Annual Report Show award, and the Art Directors Club of New York Gold Award. More information
